yeah i realized i mis-read it. as VACs are still closed for 2-way courier service, IRCC has kept final decisions on hold as there's no point in issuing a PPR which will expire in 30 days if VACs are closed.I didn’t as of yet

Oh okay… so it doesn’t matter if there’s a travel restriction on India? Since the VACs are opening tomorrow i hope I would get a reply soon ?yeah i realized i mis-read it. as VACs are still closed for 2-way courier service, IRCC has kept final decisions on hold as there's no point in issuing a PPR which will expire in 30 days if VACs are closed.
yes but there's a catch - only those who are fully vaccinated. also not clear whether those who are covid infection resolved cases can travel and I read on an unofficial source that 10 days isolation is mandatory! This will become clearer over time.UAE announced it is opening flights for Indians from 24th June. I really hope they will start issuing PPR or rejections as people can get their passports stamped and also reduce the burden a little from VFS in India.
VACs are opening for biometrics only from tomorrow, not facilitating PPRs via 2-way courier, have to wait for that too,, jst wait wait waitOh okay… so it doesn’t matter if there’s a travel restriction on India? Since the VACs are opening tomorrow i hope I would get a reply soon ?
It’s really nerve racking waiting
Yes, fully vaccinated individuals only. You need to stay in quarantine only untill you receive PCR test you took at Dubai Airport which is usually within 24 hours. Then you are free to go about your business.yes but there's a catch - only those who are fully vaccinated. also not clear whether those who are covid infection resolved cases can travel and I read on an unofficial source that 10 days isolation is mandatory! Is it legit..? Because rapid PCR test 4 hours prior to travel seems a tad over. What if the flights are at morning 6 ..?Thanks i also just read it here https://imagevars.gulfnews.com/2021/06/19/Eng-Infographic_17a24b34a9d_original-ratio.jpg
Ideally these tests should be made available at the airport. Some people actually have to travel for hours before getting to the airport so this would not work for them as well. I believe mostly airports in metropolitan cities like Mumbai should have it.Is it legit..? Because rapid PCR test 4 hours prior to travel seems a tad over. What if the flights are at morning 6 ..?

I want to know too! I re applied on 14th June, got my BVL on 18th but everything is under review.I am curious why they are even holding refusals,so that applicants can know the result...is it true that the decision is being made once the bvl is issued..it's been a month i got my bvl.applicant from India
In the past, BVL always preceded a rejection at a few minutes apart or within 48 hours. However, if it is approved the PPR can actually take a few weeks/months. This is how people concluded that a decision has been made. This is not backed by any documented process by IRCC and only an observation. We don't know if they might have actually changed their process as some people including me have received BVL after 4-7 days of application. So either we are instantly rejected or something else. Only time will tell.I am curious why they are even holding refusals,so that applicants can know the result...is it true that the decision is being made once the bvl is issued..it's been a month i got my bvl.applicant from India
