I am Sreelekshmi from India.I am a MCA(Master of computer application) graduate.I have 16 years of experience in software field.I wish to settle with my family in Canada.Can I get PR visa with out the help of an agency? Can I directly apply to Canadian Government for PR?Can I apply now?For applying PR,IETLTS is must?
