Thank you guys, I am really grateful.
P.S - My friend also received medical instructions for her and family and she is yet to get Quebec selection and AIP.
I encouraged her to book a date for her medicals though it is strange but once it’s from IRCC , then go ahead and do it

First of thanks to all for bieng here for each other. Thankgod i found this forum . So much info and courage i got . My status is as follow.
18 march applied
6 may Aor
7 june Aip
For Aip :they asked me to pay right of residency fee and some forms like marriage certtificates . I had already sent them and paid the fees in all as well at the time of application in march . Just sent med,and police cert.
Also asked about finacial cond..like any wlfare applied . Which i didnt
So i am just confuse for:
1:Do i have to withdraw claim at this stage !
2: how about the passports they asked or the effforts for obtaining them to send.
And if some 1 know what is the procedure of withdrawing the claim like steps have to follow. Incase if i havw to go for this .
thanks in advance so much.
Please revert if someone in same boat with me and stepped up from here.✅ i do pray everyone may soon get through and gets thier finally so called PR CARDS..and move on .

We got out AIP same date. Have you received your medical form or you did an upfront medical?
1. As stated on your AIP, you will be informed when to withdraw your claims through a separate letter. This usually comes before you PR is finalized and issued.
2. Whats your birth country? If your passport is still valid, you should send them a copy of the bio data. If expired, apply for a renewal to your country embassy/consulate/high commission and send the confirmation email and other correspondence plus your bio data of your expired passport to them.

They are only requesting for copies of your passport bio data page. Just send them the confirmed copies you received from Canadian Borders officers. You can ask for exemption for the expired passport of your 6 year old - to be renewed after COPR. Or apply for renewal for your kid and send evidence of application to IRCC.

The right of residency was asked - not previously paid upfront. As I mentioned, they stated that we will be invited at another date to withdraw our claim.

I just got off the phone again with IRCC. I ask to find out my eligibility and background check. The agent told me the criminal and security background check is in progress. The eligibility has not started.
Just wondering what they are doing since i submitted my application in February and full hours in march. Almosy 6 months.
