I thought it only takes 2 days after completing Medicals for the status to change to MEDICALS PASSED. It has been 8 days. Is this normal?

Normal. Mine took more than a month for the medical status changed to PASSED after I conducted the check.

Do upfront medicals and send it to them via webform. That is what I did, they are accepting it.
