The form said enter exactly but you have NOTHING from the Family Name in your passport and you cannot really leave it empty. So you look at the guide and it gives you option for the exception. And the Question describe EXACTLY you situation.So basically I do not have a "Family Name" in my passport. It is blank.
Then I was about to fill up the form and noticed this, the GUIDE online and the FORM have different instructions...
So which one should I follow?
well i will just do what i did back then when applying PR for myself, add my whole name in the "Given Name" field and leave the "Last Name" field black or will write N/A or NA.
BUT the guide said enter your given names in the Last Name field!! Why do you trying NOT to follow the guide? I don't know if you can validate the form (not sure if this form needs to be validated) if you leave the Last Name field blank.
the form says exactly as shown on your passport. if all of my name in the passport is in the Given Name field, then I will also do that too in the form.
