Depends when you are applying from, mail delivery, processing incoming mail and review. Expect at least 30 days if all documents are in order.

Not sure what information you are looking for if you have followed the instructions and your documents have been sent to WES.

yes please we have sent it last week again.

The thing is September 2019 through our agents we sent the documents for WES. So far we didn't get it. When we ask from my agent they told it is late due to covid. They did not gv the tracking number. So last week we applied again online without telling them.

So you have waited 18 months to submit again. I don’t think your agent sent in your documents. you can track it now.
