I got my PR portal login credentials this morning but they don't actually work on the website. Anyone else experience this issue?

Is this a ghost update? Is this a sign of eCOPR next?

I just logged into my CIC account and saw 'Updated' for my PR application but when I check, everything is the same.

My application info:

AOR: March 10 2021
Biometrics: Already valid & linked to my file from previous applications.
Medicals: Passed March 25 2021
Request letter for Additional Documents: March 29 2021
Additional RCMP Fingerprints check submitted: Apr 20 2021
Additional Document status changed to: 'in review'
Additional Document changed to: 'Not Applicable' roughly May 20 2021 (can't remember exact date)

NOW:

Since May 2021:
Background check: We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.


On the home page, my account status has reverted back to 'Submitted'.

Yea that should be a ghost update. I got this few times and I got PR portal in few days.

Biometrics request + Med Passed: Mar 24, 2021.
Mar 26, 2021: Submitted Biometrics
May 21, 2021: Called IRCC, the agent said "Eligibility, Criminality and Medical are passed. Security has not started yet."
Somewhere around June 15, 2021 checked my account. There was a GU. (Biometrics complete)
June 18, 2021: Called IRCC, the agent said, "Your application looks good. You have passed all assessments. Your file is still open as the visa officer is finalizing the decision."

I hope that's a good news! Should I expect a decision soon?

I got my copr today around 6pm but my cic online account shows application submitted....did you receive your copr??

How long it took after you gave them your address and photo?
As in my case, its been a week now, still says in review with IRCC

Oh nice! I guess since it's a Friday, I can hope to get it by Monday.
The email subject had Etobicoke in it, so I just assumed it was from there.

I called IRCC today, they said biometrics, eligibility, background criminality everything is in process. And my primary Visa office is Sydney.

Got email confirmation today asking for address and all.Everything was passed on june 4.
