Thank you for the wishes..Yes, you've been approved, congrats!
Timelines are all over the place. What is your visa office? (should say at the bottom of the email either Virtual Landing Unit or a specific city)

I totally understand you. my AOR is Feb 2020. I needed to wait 10 days for the second e-mail with credentials and now it's been 11 days since I've had uploaded all information and no COPR. And then you see people approved within 3-4 months. So even before the regular expected 6 months. Somehow they expedite new applications and delaying, even more, those who are already waiting. And everything is so random. They can never get what we are going through. Some of us are in very bad situation at work and stuck since long just for Pr. Some of us have parents back home waiting for us since years. My job plan, home plan and plan to see my parents are all ruined by IRCC. I wish I could do anything other than just f****ng my mental health. I am waiting since almost 14 months of AOR and photo was submitted 11 days ago. Looking at the cases, I don’t think I will get it anytime soon.
You're going to be getting your credentials in the next 5-10 business days. COPR is another story. Some people have received that in as little as a week. Others have been waiting over 2 weeks.Thank you for the wishes..

I don't think this is random, I think this is the way they process files. They won't delay applicants that are within the 6 month time-frame to maintain their KPI ratings. On the other hand, the KPIs for applications that have exceeded 6 months are already screwed up, so why bother!I totally understand you. my AOR is Feb 2020. Yes, it's a genuine email. You just need to reply to it.Dear All,
Today I have received the email from IRCC Permanent Residence Confirmation Portal ask to confirm my email and current address in Canada etc.., however, my online PR application status shows "We are processing your application. We will send you a message when there is an update or if we need more information from you. "
I am a bit confused, could you please confirm some of my doughts listed below.
1. The email address is genuine " IRCC.ClientPortal-PortailClient.IRCC@cic.gc.ca ?
2. does I only need to reply to this email to confirm my email address only?
3. IRCC will send me an email to open the Client portal login information?
Thanks and best wishes
thanks for the info.. in the site i read it like, once I receive the portal link, i will have to upload photos.. then once they approve photo, they will issue the PR card.. but will they issue COPR apart from these processes? You're going to be getting your credentials in the next 5-10 business days. No, it's a three-step process. First email (what you have), second email with the credentials will let you upload your photos and address, final step is the COPR is issued. The time in between the steps varies wildly, though.thanks for the info.. in the site i read it like, once I receive the portal link, i will have to upload photos.. then once they approve photo, they will issue the PR card.. but will they issue COPR apart from these processes?
they can always brag that 2021 applications are processed within the timeline and they met the timelines. And they can't help much for 2020 as these are already in deep somewhere.I don't think this is random, I think this is the way they process files. I think yourstill waiting for credentials its been 13 days now...I have 2 kids dependents outland and 1 inland

Thank for the great information. what is AOR abbreviated?I think your
1# Yes
2# if you want one email address for entire family, reply to that email and provide each applicant details like (UCI#, Port of entry etc..)
3# One they receive required information, you mat get credentials in few days.
What is your AOR# ?
Thanks
I’d be surprised if they actually bothered to keep track of or monitor their KPIs. They have no legal obligations to process an application in a timely manner, no fixed deadlines, no turnaround time. Due dates don’t mean sh*t; they’re just “formalities”. That word gets thrown around a lot around here. Practically, no responsibilities. It sure would be nice to work for IRCC, I bet the pension is really good too.I don't think this is random, I think this is the way they process files. Acknowledgement of Receipt. This is the document you get when you submit your PR application (it's usually the same day or the day after you submitted your application if done electronically).Thank for the great information. what is AOR abbreviated?
