Please help urgent

Hello guys,
My name is arya came to canada in 2017 as an international student completed 1 year course got my wp for 1 year, 2019 i got married in canada , my spouse have wp until 2022, so I applied for sowp last year, today I received refusal letter saying officer is not satisfied with the documents i provided and didnot meet requirements of ircc, right now i am out of status as my wp expired last year until the refusal i was on implied status, so what can i do now, my lawyer suggest me to apply for study permit extension under the new policy will it help me to stay in canda , please help thanks in advance

Why did you go for SOWP while you could have gone for CEC ?

She didn't say she worked for a year. Without the work exp, she can't apply for CEC.

OP, What was the reason for your refusal? Is your spouse working NOC 0,A or B job and had 3 paystub prior to submitting?
I'm not sure what new policy for study permit your lawyer is referring to, but I don't think you can apply for SP extension when you no longer have a valid SP. Your best route might be to restore as visitor and then reapply again for your SOWP if you qualify.

True , not sure if OP worked with given work permit.

Did he submit 3 pay stubs? I think your husband should be able to apply for a BOWP with his PR application submitted (provided he has received AOR). You can apply for a visitor visa, I think.

Did he submit 3 pay stubs? I think your husband should be able to apply for a BOWP with his PR application submitted (provided he has received AOR). You can apply for a visitor visa, I think.

thanks for the reply, yes he applied with 3 paystub , we submitted our marriage certificate, photo’s everything, dont know why they refused my application, my husband has wp until 2022 November,in my refusal letter it says to leave canada if my documents expired,

If you married in 2019 you would have been living together about a year before you applied, right? I'm guessing they didn't think your marriage is genuine. You should order your gcms notes.

If you are from a country where flights are currently banned, you might be able to buy time from that.

Yes we have together for many and came to canada together, married here, is their a way i can stay here with my husband my lawyer suggests me to apply for sp extension under new tr policy , but i dont hqve any faith on those

I was going through the eligibility for restoration status and to me it seems a lot.
