I never got an email for AOR (or any physical letter by mail). I only found out I got AOR through ecas. Does ecas update with test invite or should I call them to check on how they are doing with my application?

I sent mine in March 18, and received AOR on 14 June. It will take more than 2 months to receive AOR. Follow this forum for more information regarding PR renewal 2021

You'll have to contact IRCC to get the application number. Call them around 8 AM local time.

For what it's worth, I was able to get my application number by e-mail by filling in a web contact form.

I explained that I already called 5x but never got trough.

After filling in 4 web contact forms they finally sent me my application number by e-mail

Me too. Just got the email. Though others have been getting it from a few days ago.

Looks like they are sending out this email in batches too.
