My husband has 2 year work experience in Canada as a Tim Horton Manager.Can he apply for PR through TR to PR pathway under essential job category.Is his job come under NOC 9617.??.Thank You in advance

He is not NOC 9617 as those are labourers working in food processing plants. He is a Tim Hortons Manager (6311).
