Forgot to mention previous visa refusal :( Please help

As i had one refusal from canada but i forgot to mention it in pR application
Few days ago i got ADR for schedule A to fill gap in personal history then I realized that i answered No to refusal first time
Then i submitted updated ADR for with answering Yes to that ques. And also explained below that( study visa was refused once before approval in 2016)
But I didn’t attached any LOE
I am confused is it right or wrong ? Officer will consider updated form or do i need to explain them

As long as you have answered it correctly in the form you recently submitted, you are fine.

It is your responsibility to provide accurate information and if your entered something incorrectly which you are now aware of your should send a webform and get it corrected.

As long as you have answered it correctly in the form you recently submitted, you are fine.

So I don’t need to send LOE now??
I am really confused what if ircc will think that i am misrepresenting

All visa refusals should be disclosed. IF you are unaware of any, you can explain it in LoE.

All your visa refusals should be declared in your application, not doing so can lead to misrepresentation. As per law you have an obligation to be truthful. Section 16(1) of the IRPA states:

• 16 (1) A person who makes an application must answer truthfully all questions put to them for the purpose of the examination and must produce a visa and all relevant evidence and documents that the officer reasonably requires.

If you have not submitted your application, then any webform you send will be of no significance a you do not have an application filed.

When you submit your application, submit a LoE with it.

After you receive your AoR, you can inform IRCC. There is no need for an updated form unless asked.

Hello experts,

I have mentioned my previous Canada study visa refusal but forgot to mention my SASK PNP ineligibility. I haven't received any AOR so far. Therefore my application is not yet started processing. What should I do, I need your expert comments.
