No yet still waiting for it as I called ircc and was told package was returned since 28may and still yet to receive it but agent read content of letter sent to me

How we know our application is OK or they returned it to us? I got Temporary file number a few months ago but I did not receive AOR so far. So I am worried if they return our documents how we should know about it?

When we send paper application we send 2 envelopes. IRCC will return the papers in other envelope via mail to the address we mentioned on the envelope, if that would be the case. Don't worry you'll get AOR soon.

It does not give me instructions on how to link it to the GC key, Can someone please tell me when should I link this application to my GC Key account?
