Many ppl are waiting even from 2019 for the test, so you are not the only one. I appleid in apr and still nothing

You are not the only one, I am stuck at Background in progress, in my GCMS notes my file is been in transit for 4 months seems it is collecting dust at the local office and It also shows that I have pending fingerprint request, which I haven't receive it yet.
I'm assisting my mum do hers and her background check has come back completed, they have said they are waiting to see if her physical presence adds up. The frustrating part is that her physical presence is almost a YEAR over the required amount so its super frustrating.

That's the same email I got and when I logged in, I saw that I have my citizenship test schedule. Still waiting for the instruction email.
that is strange, my background is still ‘in process’ and pretty much everything else is in process. Nothing related to test yet.
I feel you. Frustrating is an understatement when it comes to expressing how it feels. We just need to hang in there and hope they speed up and finalize the pending files soon.
