I got my first email on 26 May.
second email 2nd June
No ECOPR yet.
I think everyone from Vancouver are having this delay.

my second email is 31 May, No ECOPR too. it is so confused, what happened for Vancouver office?

I only find someone got ecopr in last week 10 June from Vancouver.

Can you please post your stagewise timeline progress. I am in same situation (primary applicant- Inland , 1 dependent- Outland).
AOR- March-20 and BIO/Medical passed -8th April , since then no update or ghost mail.

Congratulations!! My VO is also Calgary & I got the credentials yesterday. Did you receive your eCoPR in the portal or in your PR/GCKey account? Also, did you get an email notification when your eCoPR is available to download? Thanks in advance!

Yes, eCoPR comes in portal and at the same time you will get an email. So you can’t miss it. GCKey is updated as well as approved.
