Yep. I am starting to think the tracker is real time while the emails are always triggered with a delay.I called yesterday to client service , today my tracker shows fingerprints required. It says sent letter on June 14. I didn’t receive any not in junk folder too. Is this expected?
I don't know my local office, i didnt ask the agent yesterday.Yep. I am starting to think the tracker is real time while the emails are always triggered with a delay.
Either ways, you should receive the FP letter soon. What's your local office?
Ok. Once you receive the letter could you confirm if FP submission is to Vancouver - IRCC or Scarborough for you? Are you in west or east?I don't know my local office, i didnt ask the agent yesterday.
I am in East end of GTA.Ok. Once you receive the letter could you confirm if FP submission is to Vancouver - IRCC or Scarborough for you? Are you in west or east?
Yes. Not everyone gets asked for fingerprints. Looks like they want FP only from you and not from your wife.My tracker shows finger print requested, but my wife's tracker shows background completed. Is this normal ?
Yes, not every application is non-routine so not everyone gets FP request. The most logical explanation behind this is people who have names which are very common get FP request but I am not personally convinced by this theory. Either ways, it's perfectly normal for you to get FP and your wife to not.My tracker shows finger print requested, but my wife's tracker shows background completed. Is this normal ?
This common name theory is a sham!. To buy time, IRCC can choose any application to be non-routine triggering FP request in most cases.Yes, not every application is non-routine so not everyone gets FP request. There are a few non-urgent applicants from Feb 2020 that have received oath invitation. The spreadsheet might be incomplete - not everyone update their status in a timely manner. Are they doing any oath ceremony at all?? i went back to the applications from January 2020 and the people who requested urgent processing are the only completed cases. there is no progress at all.
