Canadian Experience Class applications
We’re working at full capacity to process applications.
You may experience delays because we have a backlog of applications due to COVID-19.
We’re currently finalizing most applications we received between
July 19 and 25, 2020
If your application is complex, it may take us longer to process it.

Don't believe this, people before this timeframe are also waiting. I saw a post where a member from March 2021 received his COPR and his NOC is also not an essential one.

Hello! Below are my details -

AOR - Feb 1,2021
Medical - Passed on Feb 24
Biometrics - exempt given at the time of the WP
Criminality - in progress
Security and Eligibility- Not Started
VO - Vancouver
i have friends who have received their COPR and they applied after me. I have ordered GCMS notes as well, and it says Criminality - recommended pass

I have no idea why it is taking so long. Does someone have the same timeline as me?
I actually have the same timeline. I had to give my biometrics in February though. I ordered GCmS notes, currently waiting on it.

I honestly don't know how the ircc is processing these applications. There seem to be no consistency in terms of first come, first serve.

Vo Vancouver is very slow compared to others. there is so much inconsistency in all VO's file processing time.

In this group many applicants are waiting for COPR and their VO is Vancouver.

It is good to hear that your eligibility is in process, could you please tell me when and how you first got to know about ‘Eligibility in process’ status?

Just my 2 cents PCC doesn’t expire unless you visit that country this is what i have read at multiple places. so don’t worry

check this link
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/apply-permanent-residence/police-certificates.html

It clearly says

For the country where you currently live
The police certificate for the country where you currently live:

  • must be issued no more than 6 months before the date you submit your application
  • must not be expired
For any other country
For any other country, the police certificate must be issued after the last time you stayed there for 6 months or more in a row.

Some countries put expiry dates on their police certificates. If you have a police certificate that expired, include it. We’ll accept it if:

  • it was issued after the last time you stayed there for 6 months or more in a row
  • it is not for the country where you currently live
An officer may ask for a new one later on.

Dont worry if you don't have expiry date on your PCC and you haven't visit that country you should be all set
