I have different UCI no my EE application than on study and work permit
Is it normal or not?
Wil it cause my application delay?
I am so worried

It should be same .send ur query to IRCC through web form n attach copy of study permit, work permit n screen short of EE application UCI.for few days after submission of EE ,UCI is temporary start with CAN….. but if it’s changed it should be same as previous ones.

what did they ask you to provide to prove that you are in Canada? I’m asking because I will be out of the country for few weeks and I want to be able to still answer to the question

So finally I was able to contact IRCC via phone today agent told me that your eligibility is in progress now and your file is in Edmonton. She said they do back and forth your file for a particular stage.

Trying to think positive hand hope that it's a positive sign my AOR is 11 Jan 2021 VO is in Vancouver but right now the file is in Edmonton for eligibility this is what I understand from the agent.

Agent ll ask u more question for identification like phn number attached with ur file, email I’d ….if u have ans for all of his or her question thn only they ll proceed which I think.

You can definitely call Agent they will ask you full name and date of birth for verification and they will read out the phone number and address on file and ask if you want to change or not.

Its your file you can definitely call them

Biometric completed - Feb 18,2021
Background and criminality completed

*****But none of the completed ones shows completed on my profile. I just checked with the agent over the phone.
They have mixed up my UCI no with someone else because of that I am not getting any updates.
Will it cause my application delay?
Did it happen with someone else too?
