Wondering if anyone on the forum has had their test results invalidated for any reasons yet?

Wondering if anyone on the forum has had their test results invalidated for any reasons yet?

Can't find the post now but there was at least one person who passed the test in May, I think and was surprised to get another invite in June. When he checked with IRCC, looks like the previous test results were invalidated because of poor photo quality, if I remember correctly.
