I am in the same boat as you are. WP expires end of august and i am still in the waiting for credentials phase.. not much you could do but wait. calling them will only yield their generic answers.

Try city of birth with capital letters and do not select any option with the EP application number your or card application number is different

I tired with my birth place in capital also exactly same as my passport. also I selected UCI number and family in the first section. but still not working

Received my credentials today (first email received on the 5th and replied on the 7th).

Just one question: should i scan the back of the photo as well and combine it in a pdf with the front or just the front?

Get a new work permit ASAP. Apply for the BOWP, it's extra money but it's just to be sure. We don't know if we are going to have the CoPR next month. I'm on the same page as you in terms of waiting. I submitted my declaration on May 27th.

Im only going to apply for a new wp a week before current one expires. Money is really tight right now and I cant waste $255.

Sounds good! I hope we can get it before July though. But I have 0 confidence in IRCC.

I hope we do too.. all we need is the Ecopr and it should keep everything in place (work/ability to lease a car/renew SIN/card maladie etc..)

On 17th I'm gonna reply to the portal email and ask them to hurry up. Probably wont do anything but whatever.
