Hello friends, I received my provincial nominee in 2018. I applied for pr card in September 2018. I was working at a call center and that call center closed in December 2019. I was on a closed work permit. I couldn't find a job in pei as no new employer was willing to pay for compliance fee for $300 for a new closed work permit and also due to COVID-19 the job market was not good. I returned to Pakistan before my close work permit expired. My file is still under process. Do you think cic will issue me pr status?

No, I worked in Prince Edward Island on post graduate work permit. I had worked 6 months at the call center then received my provincial nominee. Worked at the same job for over 2 years.
