My question is also kind of same..

My B.Tech degree(2013-2017) got extended due to backlogs by 1 year and it was awarded in 2018. My question is that I've been working in IT sector since 2017, will my experience be counted for PR from 2017 or from 2018?

Please help me with this, Sir....
You can mentioned 2017.

I have similar question . I completed my bachelor in 2010 (2006 - 2010) without any backlogs however on ECA report degree rewarded year is mentioned 2011. The year in which I received convocation degree certificate (March 2011). I started my job in Feb 2011 . Now I am confused what to enter in express entry form . should I enter 2006-2011 or 2006-2010 ? If I enter 2006-2010 then it wont match with ECA . Please suggest.

You will get ECA and you will also get PR. There is no problem in that.
