Current status background check but we never received medical request or AOR2 and no other update, what should i do?

Hi,
My file received on Nov 16,2020.
Bio received on Feb 3, 2021 and AOR and SA and Medical on Feb 4, 2021 . I did my Medical and Bio on Feb 10 , 9 but after that I have not got any update. PA is from Iran and VO is Ankara. I have heard that Ankara does not send any AOR2 letter.
