CEC Inland Applicant with Spouse Inland and Dependent MINOR Child Outland!!!

Hii everyone,

I don't know if there is any thread with this title. I am a mother of 7 year old. Like everybody I am tired of immigration process. I am accompanying spouse. Primary applicant Husband, NOC 6332. Our application details are as below:

CEC Draw #176 27000 INVITATION CATEGORY!!

ITA: 14th Feb/ 2021
AOR: Feb 24
PCC: Upfront (India, Uk for both)
Medical: Upfront (Completed for all of us including our daughter in India)
BIL: 10th March (Both)
Biometrics Submitted: 11th March (Both)
1st GU: 12th March
2nd GU: 08TH April
Call to IRCC: 2 times: Criminality Passed, Security & Eligibility Not Started.
GCMS: Ordered and no change found.
File Transferred to: Montreal
Primary VO: Nova Scotia

Me and my husband inland, daughter Outland 4 years old
Submitted all documents including upfront medical for all of us, india pcc even rcmp also upfront.
Called ircc on june 4 they said everything has passed. We will communicate with your representative as soon as possible but haven’t received anything yet

It is very disheartening to see IRCC holding applications just because dependents are outland. They could have just processed the file and give COPR. Once the restrictions are lifted we could get our kids. I have been away from my daughter for 4 years. Her visit visa rejected twice. Hope this process ends soon.

Do you know where's your VO? What is your timeline if you don't mind sharing?

Me and my spouse got copr’s but my daughter’s application is still on hold. It will be finalized only after travel restrictions are lift.

That's is a good news. I'm waiting for mine as well. I have BOWP, but I applied using LMIA. So, I'm afraid to switch jobs even though I have an offer.

Hey congratulations. So for the minor child they keep the application on hold? Wow. Did you receive a request letter on ur express entry profile to confirm urs and ur spouse’s address? Did they say ur kid is in India as per their record? I received a request on express entry profile to confirm the address of me my spouse and our child. Very much worried.

I got email from visa officer Hamilton office.
I confirmed our address and told then that my daughter is in India. Then I got a reply that file will be on hold until restrictions due to Outland dependent. I replied asking if visa officer can finalize my and my husband’s landing until then.
Then officer said he will check it and let us know if he can. Next day, we got our copr and an email saying my daughter’s will be finalized after restrictions are lift.

Wow that officer has a heart of GOLD!! atleast now u know tht ur PR is approved. And when restrictions are lifted u can get ur child here. Hope our officer has the same thinking.
