When I called the IVR said my BG is in process and they are reviewing my eligibility. Doesn't specify more detail in regards to criminality or info sharing stuff. I think I should speak to an agent itself right,?

I have got PAL today. Check my signature. Also, I recieved gcms. Medical pass. Criminal pass. Eligibility and security not started. I guess I recieved PAL that means passed eligibility.
