You must have at least 750hours by August 2021. But 120 out of those hours must be between March 13 and August 14 2020. Placement counts.

But there a part that states that if you don't have 120 hours between March and August 2020, then you must have 6mths work experience b4 August 2021, a friend asked his lawyer and he said, you must not have 120 hours between March 2020, but you must have 6mths work experience b4 August 2021. This is what is confusing me.

That is incorrect.
The total hours you must have is 750. But it falls into 2 requirements.

1. You must have minimum of 120 hours between March 13th 2020 to August 14th 2020.
2. You must acquire the remaining 630 hours before August 31st 2021.
You must have both requirements for you to apply.

It doesnt matter when you meet the 120 hours within March 13 to August 14. But it must be in between march 13th to August 14th 2020.

A subtle advice to most of u waiting for medical forms or others... U can try to create a sort of indirect reminder to the Niagarafall email... See... Submit other documents or if u have submitted, make a slight reference to it and say u are awaiting the next line of action.
It has been working for me and those around me... I hope it works for...
After waiting for 5 weeks after medical recieved... I decided to mail them indirectly making an enquiry on Thursday... By Monday... I got both response and letter to withdraw my refugee application that I have been expecting since.
A friend of mine used this method too.... She got her medical form within one week of submitting other requested documents

Let's say u are AIP awaiting medical form.. Quote that the document requested have been submitted(police cert and co) . I hope u got them.. I will like to let you know that I am yet to recieve the medical form that was said will be emailed to me....

It depends on the officer handling your file, there's no specific period of time, but going by your timeline, your officer seems to be fast, so your medical form might be early
