Hello Everyone,

According to my income level was I only able to sponsor my mother for parent and grand parent program in 2019. Few days ago CIC has sent us a letter asking us to give Schedule A for my father. They are also asking for additional family information I do not understand by their language if they are looking for information on my mother or my father.

It has also made us confused if my father will also get the PR along with my mother although we have not filled his(father) information while applying for parent and grand parent program 2019.

If anyone of you have faced similar issue, kindly help us

Regards,
Muhammad

Finally received medical, police check, travel and schedule A request today from London office.
Question: Difference between IMM 5669 and EIMM5669e. I sent EIMM5669e with my initial application but I see that it is only to be submitted with the package. Can we use the same form? IMM5669 has limited space and requires a lot of abbreviating.
Any insight will be appreciated.https://pasteboard.co/K5SKjJa.png

You can’t only sponsor your mother. You must meet the income requirement for all your family members or you don’t qualify. It seems as though you incorrectly applied when you don’t qualify. Unfortunately you should expect a refusal of your application.

You can sponsor your mother, but income evaluation will include your father unless your mother is divorced or widowed. If the application has got to a Visa office, it means you do qualify to sponsor your father and they need all the information regarding his background but he will not get permanent residency as you have not included him in the application and paid the fees.

Disagree that you qualify to sponsor your father. Think they are asking for the information because the father has not been included in the application and they are trying to determine why and whether he should be included. if you don’t meet LICO for an extra family member when it is determined that the father needed to be included then the application is likely to be denied. Unclear whether they don’t meet LICO for all years, for the initial year and then income has skyrocketed including this year, etc. It is not a 100% refusal we have seen some exceptions but it does seems as though @BS6666 Didn’t realize they couldn’t just sponsor one parent because they only met LICO for one parent.

possibly, my assumption was that he had already received the sponsor approval. I personally know someone who did what I said in my previous post as his parents, although still married, had been separated for almost a decade and he was able to get the approval for just his mother. Its pretty cut and dry when it comes to LICO as your said, even a difference of a dollar can definitely cause your application to get denied.

Hi everyone,

I got pre-arrival letter yesterday for my parents. My file is still in process though... Anyone knows how long after I will get a DM or pass request? Thanks
