I called in on May 13 and got the automated that said BGC started that was before my medical request

Congratulations to everyone getting good news! I also got my work permit a few days ago. If an interview is required, does anyone know when that letter should be expected?
For what it's worth, I did receive a letter acknowledging my request for an extension on the 30 day medical exam and they said it was fine. Luckily it wasn't necessary in the end, but it's good to know they respond to those web forms instead of just letting us worry if they read it or not.

1. eCAS says “decision made” for both sponsor and principal applicant.
2. Received a ghost update on my online account for OWP - it now says “we are reviewing your eligibility”.

Hi,
I sent them a webform & included the medical request letter they sent me + upfront medical info sheet the panel physician’s office gave me (just make sure that it says ‘completed’ for all tests and not ‘required’).
Also, the agent working on my file gave me a call to ensure whether I had gone for a new medical exam or not. Since the upfront was valid - she asked me to ignore the medical request letter. (Saved me $300!)

Can i ask which officer handles your file. If you check AIP letter in ther end it will shows you the officer Initials.
