Should I send this through a webform now?

So, I just applied for SP under SDS on June 5, 2021 for Fall intake this year. I was studying online in a Canadian college on approved study visa and completed a 1 yr program that started in Fall '20 and the same was the requirement for my next program.

Next program is in same college and they have written in the conditional Letter of Acceptance that:

"The condition of your acceptance is the review of your final transcripts by Admissions Office. As
a current student you do not need to forward your final transcripts but must complete
your program of study by July 5, 2021. We will retrieve your documentation which must
demonstrate that you have acquired the minimum qualifications for admission to the program,
as indicated in the current calendar on the college's website."

Now just today , I received an email that "We are writing to confirm that all outstanding documentation has been received, and you have completed the conditional requirements for full admission to the program at XYZ Campus". Should I send this email (as a PDF) to the IRCC via webform?

And also, just recd an update in my GCKey that my biometrics are valid (BVL basically) , review of eligibility started and medicals passed. Now the Shakespearean question:

To webform or not to webform?

I am just concerned that a webform with the PDF of the condition removal email may hold my application for too long - or may make it a forgotten case as I have seen some unfortunate stories on this forum that have been in limbo for an year. I don't want to get stuck just because I raised a webform that delayed my application - any suggestions are welcome.

Thanks.

Webform.

I can't see how that will delay your application in any way. I actually think it might speed it up or save you from getting an ADR to confirm that you have satisfied your admission conditions.

if we send our medical report via webform how long does it take to report back
Mine took almost 1 month - I gave upfront med on Apr 19, raised webform on Apr 23 then updated in GCKey on May 19. (it was for previous study visa - counterfoil invalid thing) but for others it happened faster.
