As per the information we had in our group it can be concluded that IRCC is processing application from the 1st week of May to be precise latest approval in our group is 4th May so you can expect it within 2 weeks.

Again there are some candidates who are getting approval in noticeable short time!
Hope you are the lucky guy too!

Ah yeah I think you are right, 3rd and 4th, if you applied May 5th i'd be expecting a decision very shortly, but who knows.

It says they are prioritising applications who are exempt from travel restrictions, meaning people inside Canada as currently its quite hard to get back into the country due to the pandemic. You can always send a web form to see if there is any updates they can give you.

The processing time for the PGWP application has changed from 43 to 42 days
