Thank you so much, I was just afraid that I might have a case of misrepresentation if my Job title is not the same as what is in the NOC page. Its based on the Job responsibilities . Titles may differ but its job roles and responsibilties along with the lead statement defined under NOC page that immigration officer checks .
thank you for asking about this, I am also confused with this part. Thanks for reply.
*How about the Letter of Employment says different job title. I checked and see some job titles are NOC C but and duties/responsibilities, 70% are NOC B? I am confused.
Hi, what if they added more job responsibilities, besides on the initial contract that we signed because it will help on proving the NOC B job. can we also declare it?Our job roles and responsibilities are mentioned on the letter of employment that we get from company. It is advisable to get a detailed letter of employment that mentions all the information ( work hours , full time/part time , Job designation , Employment Tenure , Salary and Job roles and responsibilities) .
Hi, what if they added more job responsibilities, besides on the initial contract that we signed because it will help on proving the NOC B job. can we also declare it? thank youIt should be based on the responsibilities.
Of course, as long as what's written and submitted reflects the truth, you are good!Hi, what if they added more job responsibilities, besides on the initial contract that we signed because it will help on proving the NOC B job. can we also declare it? thank you
I think whatever starts with RC should be the CPC or regional center. you can check this out: https://help.gcmsnotes.com/codecan you please share which officer was working on your file in rroc. some of us (@Vancitybh @itspossible9 @Scs123 ) has RC-8695 in gcms notes. would help in understanding timeline.
How can we declare?Hi, what if they added more job responsibilities, besides on the initial contract that we signed because it will help on proving the NOC B job. can we also declare it?
I am also hoping for an answer regarding this. are you an inland applicant? How can we declare?
YesI am also hoping for an answer regarding this. are you an inland applicant?
I think they ask about you (address your name directly).Hi guys,
I hope everyone is doing well.
Today, I received a request letter from the donotreply@cic.gc.ca. After reading the letter I got a bit confused.
The request letter says:
Dear F.S,
Thank you for your interest in Canada.
We have begun processing your application for permanent residence, and in order to make a decision we require the following information/documents:
Ø My UCI number – F.S (my full name):
Ø Please provide Details of Military Service Table, IMM5446 form. This must be received at this office by: 2021/06/15
Firstly, I thought they want my husband to fill out the form and submit it, and then reading it carefully I got confused thinking they might be asking about me?!
I am the main applicant, and my spouse is a dependent. I have never served in the army, but my husband did. In the application form, he mentioned it and gave detailed information about his mandatory military service.
Another confusing thing is the form IMM5446 form that they are asking me to provide; I could not find it on the internet, instead, I found IMM5546 "DETAILS OF MILITARY SERVICE": https://www.canada.ca/content/dam/ircc/migration/ircc/english/pdf/kits/forms/imm5546e.pdf
Did they make a typo or there is a form IMM5446? What am I supposed to do?
Best,
F.S
