Yup. This tracker has been around since April. Looks like IRCC is slow in letting applicants know about new tools as well.

I finally got my test interview!! I didn't receive an email from IRCC, but the tracker shows "Citizenship test status has been updated to In progress" on June 4, to take it between June 14 and July 5.

I'm so happy!

I received the same, I would say as all been waiting probably CIC going to work on applications faster, and wanted us to keep checking to not to miss any updates or request from CIC.. all the best guys!

I finally got my test interview!! I didn't receive an email from IRCC, but the tracker shows "Citizenship test status has been updated to In progress" on June 4, to take it between June 14 and July 5.

I wonder is anyone able to comment on the time frame between background check being completed and the test invite? My background check was completed in Feb 21. I wonder if I should expect my test soon?

Hi, according to the app/tracker our background check was completed on Jan 20, 2021 too. We received the invite for the test on March 25th.

My BG was completed in Jan 2021 but for my spouse it was not completed until she wrote the test in April 2021.

If you don't see anything about the Citizenship test on the tracker then order GCMS notes to see if you get any other information which Agents cannot help you with.

The rumor is that test invites are sent around the 90 day mark from when BG checks were completed. Today is that 90 day mark for me, no sign of test. My application went to "Test Ready" status on March 24th according to GCMS notes. We'll just have to wait and see what happens.

Please update me once you receive your test invite email (you should receive it in a few days).

If you are not in the country AND you can't make it here on time, then you have to reschedule.

There is no timeline as to when you would get the second test invite and no guarantee you'll receive another invite soon. You will provide IRCC with a tentative date of return. Once you are back, remind them once more and you'll receive another invite when IRCC finds a slot and sends it to you.

Thank you, I received the test invite today via email.

I guess I will have to reschedule then, too bad, I am so excited that my file is finally moving but can't help what is going on in the world right now. I guess my other problem is that I won't have a tentative return date because we moved to Switzerland for my husband's work (for at least two years). I will email them and if I hear anything new on it I will update this thread.

Still no reply from them... My test due date is June, 14... Guess I'll just send them an email for rescheduling my test unfortunately
