Hope you all are good,
I already got AOR. I have NOC 0 JOB. i am already Nomitaed by BC.
Suddenly my employer called me and told me we are shutdown hotel due to some reason for 3 months. He did not give specif reason, he just told me that i will give the paper.
In this case what should i do?
To whom to inform?
Could you please help me and give quick answer please,

I am not an expert but I think you have to notify your the province who nominated you and IRCC since your employer will upload the layoff on EI website and let the government knows its situation. Plus, if your nomination is tie to this hotel. you should let your province and IRCC know about this situation asap. Because I have read some ppl receive ADR for past three months pay slips. So, Nothing wrong being honest to them. And telling them that this layoff is only last for three months, not forever. And keep them update when it is reopening. Good luck!
