Impossible to generalize. Very dependent on your individual profile. Not everyone with an RTD will be even approved for a visa.

it depends on your nationality and your travel history, I got 10 years. some people got 2 years and some their visa application was refused.

Anyway at the moment tourist visas are issued for emergency travel only.
