This afternoon got my COPR doc thankfully. Applied for SIN online. Usually what is the timeline for the actual PR card after this? I also had one last question for you. Can someone else bring me my PR card in Pakistan if i use a lawyer to give them a certified letter of authorization?

YEs, you can ask anyone to carry your PR card for you outside Canada. If you are not sending it by post, you do not even need an authorisation letter. However, a letter authorising the person who will get your card on a plain paper sign by you is always helpful, just in case.

Your eligibility is Recommend Pass by the Analyst. Your RPRF is paid. Your file is now awaiting review by a Senior Officer. Simple as that.
