Question about Proof of Relationship to Sponsor

Hello,

I am a Canadian by birth living in the UK. I am sponsoring my common-law partner. I am just going through the document checklist. and am on section 7. We have decided to show proof of joint utility accounts. We are sending 3 separate bills which cover various time periods however on one of the accounts they have my maiden name and on the other they are only able to show my first name alongside my partner's. Both companies said that there was not enough room for both full names.

What should I do? I started to type a letter explaining this situation and we have a lot of proof (not joint) which shows we've cohabited address since 2017. We just haven't really combined finances and my name is on the mortgage.

I've looked at the other options we can't provide poof of the other options such as driver's licences (as I don't have one).

Do you have separate bank accounts that show same address? Credit card statements?

For bills, are you able to generate online pdfs which show full names?

Provisional driving licence may be an option, as indicated.

Mobile phone bills, if they show the same address. Insurance policies, including buildings and contents insurance? Car insurance?

NHS cards, if you still have the old paper version? Payslips or dentist paperwork if they show address?

Hi,

Yes we have loads of bank statements etc. That show the same address. Everything does.

I also remembered that our council tax is jointly held.
