Need information about sowp

Hi everyone, appreciate all the Questions and Answers related to SOWP. Currently I’m on student permit and got married few months ago, therefore I want to be proactive and thought to ask few following queries. It would be very helpful if someone can guide to the best.
Do I apply for SOWP for her or my to be spouse for herself?
What I understood is that the main docs needed beside basic ones is marriage proof like certificate, pics, marriage card, blah blah. Right?
Do I or she or both need to be working to apply SOWP?
And at last, any other recommendation or suggestion for us to be together in Canada ASAP?

Hi, I am on study permit and my spouse applied for SOWP using my PoE letter as I started classes online. He created a GCkey account himself and applied SoWP.

Below docs were submitted.

Proof of Fund
Relationship proof like mrg certfcte, photos, chats, mails, money transfer statemnts
Experience certfcte
pay slips

my passport
PoE letter
Acceptance letter
proof of fund
enrollment letter

a buddy of mine Canadian citizen will get married as she will be an international student and he will inland sponsor her after she arrives here for study
