That's not how this works. You can't just raise a webform for reconsideration of a refusal decision with new documents. OP can either re-apply for the SP or they can go the legal route and seek judicial review.

This person has been doling out this unhelpful advice on this forum. It hasn't worked for them (or for most people around here) so not sure why they keep saying it with such confidence .
