New GC Key for New Application

Hello all,

I am new on this site.

I just have a small doubt. I had applied for an study permit in the month of December2020 and got rejection in the month of March 2021 citing that my Financial status was not strong.

Now after these many days I 'm trying to apply again by getting CA net worth certificate and other financial documents(MF, FD) along with my educational Loan.

this time I am going with an consultant and he has created an New GC Key account and is trying to apply from it

My question is creating a new GC key and applying through it for the second time won't have any effect on the outcome of result right?. Or will it?

No effect. They know you're the same person and they have the history of your applications.
