Guys, do you think IRCC would monitor posts on here? If they do would it effect my pending PR application? If they do is there a possibility to pursue a legal action?
Well, anything is possible, but that doesn’t make it probable. And if they did monitor this site and managed to determine who you were, what possible legal action would you be perusing from information published in the public domain? More importantly why?

I definitely understand why part, maybe I am thinking too much. There is a good reason though - I have noticed recently more and more of my posts/comments are being deleted by mods.
A very recent example (happened today) - there was a post about someone receiving email from CIC regarding COPR and this email had few grammatical errors, so I made a light-hearted comment saying that whoever sent this email should take IELTS exam and this post was deleted. This makes me wonder if mods/admins keep track of things people say on here and share with IRCC. It is very easy for IRCC to track my application with my email ID linked to this account. I am not sure if it violates any of the fundamental rights and I didn't even read terms and conditions of this forum before signing up.

You offended one or more people on the forum with your post. They flagged it to the moderator. Moderator deleted the post. That's how posts get deleted.
This has nothing to do with IRCC. IRCC doesn't care if you are being mean to people on a random public forum.

If you click on "terms and conditions" at the very bottom of this page, you'll see what you agreed to when you registered for this forum. It include abusive posts. You may have thought the post was funny but my guess is that others found it offensive.
I flag posts all of the time to the moderators here and the posts go away. I flag spammers, scammers and racist comments. (And no, didn't see or flag yours.)
