How about your consent form, did you send it to them? In case you could re-send it, they might probably waiting for it.

Yes, I sent it the same day. They sent us the notice on Tuesday, the 25th and I completed the consent the same day and sent it to their email. The notice said it was due on the same day of the interview or you could send it earlier.
