My application (international graduates) was submitted at 11.34am and I don't have any update/aor yet.
If people around 12pm are getting aor then maybe the applications aren't processed as per submissions.

Your application wasn’t submitted until 2:34pm from EST standpoint. Everyone getting AORs had their applications submitted by more than 2hours ahead of you.

It’s most likely after. There were few people who were able to link their applications before AOR, but those were just outliers. You can try linking it anyways with your UCI and other information.

Application number is given upon AOR pr whenever they start working on your application. Even a BIL may give you an application number.

Those instructions are basically for people who’s national IDs have their native language used for the names.
So if your passport doesn’t mention other languages, then don’t.
