HKVO applicants: how about connecting here?

Today I got 2 responses:
1) GCMS Notes (generation date is May 20): file was last updated in Apr and assigned to a "AC04897" in Hong Kong. This is the exact date I saw a GU in IRCC portal. Eligibility still not started. No real update since file got transferred to HKVO.
2) Webform (raised yesterday): "Please be advised that your application is in queue for review. Our office will contact you with further instructions or a final decision once the review is complete."

Heard from someone who participated consulate activities that FSW/PNP is currently dealt with low priority in HKVO. Sounds about right.

lol I totally agree with you from the bottom of my heart, yet this is the 4th note I've received since Feb. What a waste of money.
Since my file just passed 6-month marker, I'm starting to use webform instead.

Horrendous progress. Eligibility not started after almost a year of waiting is unacceptable

That happens automatically after your medicals expires.

I just realized that since we have so many HKVO cases here and possibly we all need CNCC, why don't we share our info here?

Hi folks, I notice there are some movements from Ottawa VO - I see some PPRs be issued for FSW-O and also couple re-medical requests, hopefully this is a good sign that IRCC starting to look at FSW cases, and I wish HKVO will start to work on FSW soon!!

I hope HKVO will start my eligibility check soon. 11 months since the application is filed and no one bothers to check my files in HKVO since January.

Hi, it sounds like your AOR is around Dec. 2020? I know a person in my wechat group, her AOR is also around Dec. 2020 with HKVO, eligibility not start yet...

Yes my AOR is Dec 2020. My anxiety level is building up day by day thanks to HKVO’s ignoring of our apps.
