If anyone here has their application to Darvo , would they know if they are working on applications ? I’ve been waiting for AOR 2 for more than 2 months now .

Sorry for late reply, what I did when ever the VO was too quiet, I would call and ask for the status of my file. Have you seen any movement so far???????

There is movement I am glad, for me I never received AOR email from DarVO, what they said file transfer confirmation is AOR2.

How long does it usually take to hear back after medical received ?

Before the pandemic it was quick literally few weeks but with the pandemic it took a while for me since the VO closed. I am hoping that you will get pre arrival soon since they are up and functioning.

There is movement I am glad, for me I never received AOR email from DarVO, what they said file transfer confirmation is AOR2.

Me neither ahhah , It came in form of document request letter with DarVo address on it , then i could tell they my application for sure .

It's been almost a month since they confirmed to have received the medicals , but with how dissapointed other applicants have been
through the pandemic i got to be patient .

Happy to help, keep your hopes up, things will start moving soon. From pre-arrival to PR it happened so quick almost back to back. Don’t forget to send the VO an email to ask sometime that reminds the officers to check your file.

Hello it looks that the Darvo is very slow, i was praying for my file to be sent to Pretoria, but today i got an e-mail that my file has been transfer to Dar-es-Salaam. I applied to sponsor my son last year in July 2020, application got return after 7 month in April for missing documents. I resubmitted on April 30 2021. Got AOR on May 21 2021 and June 01 file has been transfer to Darvo

What I have seen with dar VO is that, when they start working everything goes super fast you might find yourself getting pre- arrival and Passport R in same time and passport return soon after, so don’t give up or get Frustrated good news will come your way soon . Keep reminding them by asking the status of your file, usually they reply to email super fast.

Last year when I got my COPR, dar was one of the VO in Africa working working fast. Most places were quite but dar was functioning.

Did you dependent lives in Dar-es-Salaam? My dependent is in Zambia.I don't know how i will submit,biometric, passeports and medical. Any idea?
