May I ask where do you live?
I'm from the Netherlands and Dutch aircompany KLM won't allow you on their flights when you don't have the right papers.... E.g. pre March 2020 CoPR, exempt or AL

There' isn't any official statement so far but probabilities are high for this news to be true. I am also speculating that by July we'd be seeing some significant eases in border restrictions for all other countries.Let's hope for the best.

my CoPR expires on July 15.. hope we can make it before this date.. otherwise, it will take more time to resubmit the passports..

guys..based on the current daily doses.. i think they might reach 70% maximum by 16-17 of june.. and since alberta and BC dclared that "canada recreational travel" will be allowed after 1 july..then i think canada will open borders by then as well...
note that province's government cannot declare borders opening, they can allow travel between provinces only..that's why it was not included in the plan.

Alberta reached their second stage target.. they have to wait two weeks in order to implement the easing of the second stage

with the current pace.. the below are expected
75% of adults with first dose .. first week of June
75% of adults w/ first dose and 20% with second dose ... third week of June
75% of adults w/ second dose end of August

Here is my experience coming to Canada which may help you to figure out the general context of Canada entry.I am COPR post 18 March which will expire on 27 June and I have AL because I am extended member but My wife and my sons don't have AL. We did go to the airport together to fly. Unfortunately, CBSA did chating with airline staff and they only allowed me to board. I decided to board alone to become PR, and 6 days after my flight, my family sucessfully fly separately without AL because they become immediate member of PR. The airline system is tricky with CBSA because without permission of CBSA, they don't allow people to board a flight, but It makes no sense that they don't allow my family fly together. Hope that helps guys.

my lawyer said that if you want to land and confirm PR, then you can come from US as resident not as visitor in the US. although, hope we can (we have a visit visa to USA).. if you have a confirmed source then please let us know
