Hello,
I have received PR confirmation portal email. in the structure it says "verify passport for the dates and location". what does it mean? should I attached pages of passport to verify original and last dates of entry to Canada?

Hi, Need quick help. I have received landing email and as I applied through consultant, he received and forwarded it to me to respond. Is it ok if I respond directly instead of my consultant?

I just received them today, Sunday for my spouse and myself. now, I am not sure how to response:

1. Should I add my spouse info in one email with myself if I don't want to have separate email address?
2. do they need passport pages for entries?

Nothing fancy, I just reply to these 6 questions and reply the same thing for my dependant. Also, selected Option A or Option B at the beginning of my email.

Did you also attached passport pages to show those dates of entries for each person?
and did you add your dependant info in the same context of one email with yours?

You don't have to attach the passport copy. For accuracy, they are asking you to check your passport stampings for date of entry and port of entry.

maybe we should try an option for resetting the password on this portal? maybe account already created, just forgot to send the mail? haha

also does it make any sense just to send an enquiry to this email and ask about credentials? (not another details letter but a question when to expect it)? or it's useless? do they even reply on such a mails?

Yes if you selected the Option A with your primary email address then you can include your spouse details as well.

I received the PR Confirmation Portal email this morning (Sunday) to which I responded in an hour. Hope for everyone who is waiting to get their email/CoPR soon.

In my response to IRCC email, I chose the option of creating the dependents accounts under my principal applicant's account. I just sent one email to IRCC, mentioning all applicants' details and specified the same my email id for all. I believe this should be fine.
