Bro you know other person who received rejection in this month along with bvl

Not personally, but I read many messages on Instagram. They claimed that their frds received refusals from Canada college qnd others get bvl and request for submitting new loa. These days refusals are very less as compared to last month.
2 days ago, I saw story on insta, he received his bvl on 8th may and he called to ircc, and agent confirmed that your application has been refused, but he didn't receive any refusal letter.. totally frustrated

They always give different ans.if you contanct second time they give you other reason.do not belive in ircc call service.hope for the best

Last year during lockdown when ircc hold result after bvl at that time most of the student what received? Any one have idea?
