in two weeks it'll be one year since I have applied for my PR Renewal! My application has been approved since Sep 2020 and was sent to the Montreal office for in-person pick-up. I called many times and sent many web forms, and the only answer I was getting is just to wait due to the closure of the Montreal office because of the pandemic. It's ridiculous at this point, and I don't what to do at this point.

I’m sorry to hear about your situation, it’s way too much time waiting! And it’s also bad news for me as my card was selected to be picked-up at the Montreal Office. I’m waiting since March 17th to have the appointment. Do you know if the office is already opened and at least started delivering cards?

I courier PR renewal docs for my wife and son 16th march'21 and it reached by 22 March'21. It is been 60 days but no AOR.
Did any one got AOR similar timeline?

Secondly, i forgot my ECAS portal password and I tried entering security questions answers but not successful. Do i need to call Immigration call center (Pls share call center numbers)?

Please guide. Thanks!!

Recently I have got my eCOPR on the new PR portal, and the address has been reviewed and accepted but the photo is still in review.

Can I ask howmany days will it take to receive a PR card from new PR portal ? I can also see that some are still getting the COPR's in their email directly and those are applying the PR card manually, in my case, I dont need need to apply so Im not able to track anything,

@Avas_india There is really no definite answer to your question. It depends on which VO, when your file is picked. However, you can track your pr card application by linking it to your CIC account.
