May 21 Correspondence/BVL for Study Permit anyone?

Course does not match with previous studies and work.
I am commerce background with accounts experience. Course in data analysis.
Nope. I chose this course out of interest.
So I made significant changes to my explanation letter. Last time I wrote as per agent format. This time I put in a detailed explanation of why I chose this course.

i would not say so some people got ppr in 7/8 days. it's just matter when they start reviewing the eligibility. i think i would have gotten ppr in 9 days if i had upfront medicals + PCC. usually refusals come with BVL or 1/2 days after it. so who knows. no one can predict how exactly they operate. but we assume according to previous applications and their outcome.
The problem is I have submitted my application on 26th march 2021, I started attending online classes for may in-take on may 10th and received my correspondence letter(BVL) on may 7th. Its been well over 8 weeks of processing times disclosed on the Canadian website. So I am really curious if there is any information to get an estimate. Well I guess perhaps there isn't one for now. Thanks anyway, I appreciate your help.

if you recieved bvl and been waiting more than 8 weeks. rise a webform asking about your status and ppr. i believe they will tell you to wait your passport letter shortly since they already issued bvl

what was the refusal reason the first time? What is your profile if you don’t mind sharing?
I think I already told before. My previous study/ work experience not matching with the course chosen.
I chose it out of interest.
