One another question, I'm working as the head of the project delivery office, so my best matching NOC code is 0213, is it correct?

If your duties in your employment letter match then NOC then yes.

Hi Naturgrl, in SINP draw do everyone above the cutoff will get the ITA or is it only for the selected NOC codes ?

Those above the cut off with selected NOCs. The NOCs selected for each draw are on the website.

Dear All,
I applied to SINP under Express Entry (EE) with 65 points, as i am already having an EE profile. But the recent draws for SINP Occupation In Demand came down to 65 (for certain NOC only), while the EE draw stood around 70 (as per the latest draw history)

My questions are:
1. Although i applied for SINP through EE stream with 65 points, if the latest draw for SINP Occupation In Demand is 65 and my NOC included, will i get an invitation? Or i will be called only when the SINP EE draw falls to 65 with my NOC included?

2. As i already have SINP EE profile, can i still create another EOI under SINP Occupation In Demand (claiming no EE profile ) stream and maintain both profile to increase the chance if the answer for the above question#1 is negative? (This may not the ethical way as i have to select "No EE Profile and No Job Seeker Code").

2. No. You can only have one profile. You select one or the other.
